Shipping and Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Spare King is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Products Packaging the exceeds the dimension of 18" L*W*H  or the weight of 5kg will be sent by transport service to there transport service office

"TRANSPORT OFFICE SERVICE" in which the product will be delivered to there cities transport service (Charges from our city to customer city transport office will be Paid), customer are only liable to pay delivery charges to the transport company if they want there product delivered from transport office till there door step

Domestic Buyers who didn't received the courier due to there own mistake or negligence (Not available at the time of delivery or have given wrong address and location), We Spare King will not be liable for it.

If we received back our product from the courier company we will send it to the buyer if the buyer agrees to pay the delivery charges, if the buyer doesn't want to pay the delivery charges the buyer can choose from picking up the courier from our location or can apply for a refund of the amount deducted of the courier charges that cost us & 40% of the product price paid prepaid
